We have venues throughout the West Midlands.

It is essential that a parent/guardian register and sign out their child. If another adult is collecting your child, or you are collecting your child before the pre-booked pick-up time then please inform our Venue Coordinator. This is important!
At the end of each day children must be signed out by an authorised adult. If your child is allowed to travel to and from camp by themselves, they will require written authorisation on the Camp Consent Form
KSA Camps believe that it is always unacceptable for a child or young person to experience abuse of any kind and recognises its responsibility to safeguard the welfare of all children and young people, by a commitment to practice which protects them.
A copy of our full Child Protection Policy is made available for you at each venue. However, you may wish to read it in full prior to booking your child into KSA Camps. Contact us if you wish to do this and we’ll happily provide you with a copy.
We welcome children of all religious beliefs, faiths, cultures and abilities. Every child who participates is of equal value.
Equal opportunities is extremely important to us, regardless of race, religion, language, culture, gender, health, ability, personality or lifestyle. We adhere to the framework detailed in the following Acts:
Sex Discrimination Act (SDA) 1975
Race Relations Act (RRA) 1976
Race Relations (Amendment) Act 2000
Disability Discrimination Act 1995
Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974
Equal Pay Act 1970 (amended 1983)
We promote positive behaviour and attitudes, seeking to understand and educate ourselves in relation to other people’s needs. Discriminating behaviour, attitudes and comments will be challenged, regardless of whether they are from children, staff or parent/carers. We will regularly review our policy and amend it where necessary.
Our Anti-Bullying Statement is available for you to see at each camp venue. If you’d prefer to read it prior to attending then please contact us for a copy. We take a strong stance on bullying: we have ZERO TOLERANCE.
Behaviour Policy
Our Behaviour Code of Conduct is available to see at each camp venue. Alternatively, you may contact us to view this policy.
